The gap was never effort. It was structure.
Sanghaya Labs was founded in 2023 after the same pattern kept recurring: capable businesses with real demand, held back by scattered systems, undocumented processes, and software nobody could safely change.
How it started
Short of structure, not demand.
The businesses we met were not short of demand. They were short of structure: a spreadsheet doing the work of a system, a process that existed only in one person’s head, an integration that was really an employee re-typing data between two screens.
None of that is a technology problem in the first instance. It is a documentation and design problem that becomes a technology problem once it has been left long enough.
So we built a consultancy around the part most delivery shops treat as overhead: mapping the process, writing it down, and getting it agreed before anybody opens an editor.

Four rules we do not bend.
- 01Design before buildNo implementation starts until you have approved a technical specification. It is slower to begin and considerably faster to finish.
- 02Documents you keepEvery engagement produces artifacts that outlive it, so continuity does not depend on any one person, ours or yours, staying in post.
- 03Scope with a boundaryOut-of-scope work is identified, quoted and approved before it starts. Never absorbed quietly and invoiced later.
- 04Published pricingOur tiers, sessions and hours are on the website. You should be able to rule us in or out before spending a meeting on it.

Who staffs an engagement
Five roles, stated in your proposal.
The blend varies by tier, and the allocation is stated in your engagement proposal rather than discovered afterwards.
Platform Solution Designer
Produces the process flow diagrams, wireframes, requirements analysis and migration plans that implementation is built against.
Delivery Manager
Runs the engagement: cadence, scope boundaries, change control, and the single point of contact you actually reach.
Developers
Build against an approved specification, with a standing development cadence rather than a black box that reappears at the deadline.
Quality Assurance
Owns acceptance criteria, the data dictionary, integration mapping and UAT. That is the definition of what finished means.
The name
The meaning of Sanghaya.
The name is drawn from the idea of collective strength and shared growth: progress that comes from the right support and the right structure rather than from working in isolation.
It is also a reasonable description of how the engagements actually run. The systems we build are operated by your team long after ours has handed over, which is why documentation and training are part of delivery rather than an optional extra.
