Most consultancies make you spend a meeting finding out whether you can afford the next one. Every tier below states its price, its consultation allowance, and its implementation hours.

The units

What you are actually buying.

A consultation session

Up to 30 minutes, attended by a Delivery Manager and, from the second session onward, a Solutions Architect. Each session is a working meeting with preparation before and written output after. You are not paying for attendance; you are paying for the artifact it produces.

An implementation hour

Costed to include development, quality assurance and delivery management together. The figure on the card is hours of finished, reviewed progress, not raw developer time with management and testing billed separately afterwards.

Beyond the tier

If the work exceeds what you bought.

If a requirement falls outside the approved scope, we explain what the proposal covered, confirm the difference with you, and issue a revised estimate before starting. Additional implementation hours are charged at the same rate the tier was costed at, so the price per hour does not change once you are a client.

FAQ

Questions about pricing.

How much does an engagement cost?

Engagements start at ₱50,000 for Foundation, ₱100,000 for Framework, and ₱150,000 for Infrastructure. Enterprise engagements are quoted after a scoping workshop. Every tier states exactly how many consultation sessions and implementation hours it includes, so you can compare them directly.

Why do you publish your prices when most consultancies do not?

Because the most common reason a good engagement never starts is that the buyer cannot tell whether they can afford the conversation. Published tiers let you rule us in or out before you spend a meeting finding out.

What is a consultation session?

A consultation session runs up to 30 minutes and is attended by a Delivery Manager and, from the second meeting onward, a Solutions Architect. Sessions are working meetings, and each one produces a named artifact such as a requirements questionnaire, a module-to-requirement mapping, or a process flow diagram.

What does an implementation hour cover?

An implementation hour is costed to include development, quality assurance, and delivery management, so the number you see is the number of hours of real progress you receive rather than developer time with overheads billed separately.

What happens if we ask for something outside the agreed scope?

We explain what the approved proposal covered, confirm that you understand the difference, and issue a revised estimate for the new requirement. Out-of-scope work is quoted and approved before it starts. It is never absorbed silently and then billed.
